Connecting to an admin share isn't the same thing as connecting to a shared folder or printer. You really need to contact the domain admin and/or IT people where you work about this issue, they're the only ones who will be able to help you sort it out.

I know about the admin and forget about it because problem isn't a permission problem I can't connect to the Laptop at all to and I'm not talking about domain environment.
I found out that if I check the "allow other network users to connect through this computer's internet connection" box in the sharing tap it makes me able to connect I'm trying it again but I don't know if it will make other problems .... so please advice

You will also want to make sure you've allowed remote access on the computer you wish to connect to.

On that computer go to:

Control Panel >> System Properties >> Remote tab

and check the "allow users to connect remotely to this computer" box under "Remote Desktop"
