HELLO, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF I COULD CONNECT 2 WIRELESS ROUTERS WITH 2 SEPARATE BROADBAND INTERNET CONNECTIONS(128KbPS + 128KbPS) with the same isp, TOGETHER 2 FORM A FASTER SPEED?

The answer is no. In fact you will have to separate networks.

There is an option of a two wan port router but 128x2 isn't worth bothering with. 128kbps is just a bit better than dialup.

ok kool... but actually i hav a 128KbPS internet connection and my neighbor (who lives across the road frm me) has a 256KbPS internet connection, & we were wondering if we could connect our individual routers via cat 5e cable 2 get a combined internet speed??? or even if i connect 2 his router through the cable and get a higher speed than my current 128KbPS speed?

There is nothing you can do to combine them.
