2 routers on one network

Specs: Windows Vista
Hi,

I've currently got a wireless integrated router and modem (from O2) in a cupboard linked to a NAS drive. My TV has got a wireless connection and can access the NAS through this, so it's all hunky-dory. I want to get a freeview/freesat box that connects to the ethernet, but the only problem is that my router is miles away and cannot hard wire connect.

Is there a way of having two routers (I have a phone line right next to my TV) - one for the wireless and one for the TV box? I don't mind not being able to access the NAS drive through the second router, but if there is a solution where I could, that would be great).

Thanks,

Your post makes no sense.

You don't hook phone lines to routers unless they are modem/router combos and the phone line is DSL
