Have WBR-2310 D-Link router. Internet modem and wireless router were working. While trying to connect new wireless printer, lost internet connect. Had to re-enter internet provider user id and password. Was told I needed to make sure that information was in my D-link router, so I typed 192.168.0.1 as internet address. I don't get a webpage to enter the userid and password. What do I do now?
When connected to the router with a wired PC, start up commandprompt.
START> Run and type cmd in the run box.
then in the Command box tyoe ipconfig /all
Note the space between g and /
This should bring you up a result including a gateway IP. That is the one you need to enter in your browser. The default with D-link may be 192.168.0.1 but that may have been changed at some stage.Goin' Fishin' (Some day)
Is the computer directly connected to the router? I assume you change the connection to fix the modem.
