I found a driver RAMDRIVE.HAM, but it makes max: 99 MB ramdrive on server. It is too small for me.
What do u think, can i patch the driver RAMDRIVE.HAM?

It is possible. Download resource hacker, open that file with it, type something in, backspace what you just typed, and click "Compile". Hope this helps!

Do something when your doing nothing.

May you please give a location of a HAM file on most computers so I can try it with resource hacker?

Thanks in advance.
The RAMDRIVE.HAM can be found here:
http://www.ontrackdatarecovery.com/...
Download RDRQSNW.EXE v1.20 (RDRQSNW.EXE, 137kB)
RAMDRIVE.HAM is in the RDRQSNW.EXE.

I wish it would work if the RAMDRIVE.HAM:
- default ramdrive size would be bigger than 32 MB.
or
- max. ramdrive size would be bigger than 99 MB.

Thanks again.

Can you make more than 1 ramdrive of 99 MB ?
In that case you can join 5 of them as a RAID-0 set and stripe them together.
Dont forget to set HOTFIX to zero or very small.

Alternative: add an SSD drive with an ATA or a SATA connector.
