Solved Same problem, but with empty folder

Specs: Macintosh OSX
Hi, I have the same problem on my MacBook, but in Finder the 'Applications' folder is empty. The ZipCloud pop-up seems indestructible.

I believe that you are looking at your personal Applications folder rather than the system one. In the left hand pane of finder click on the "Applications" right above "Desktop"; the right-hand pane should now show your applications.
