If you go to the applications folder (open in finder), go to the toolbars folder. If there is a productivity folder there, there should be an uninstaller there. Just run it.

If you already manually deleted the folder, you will have to reinstall the productivity toolbar so that you get the uninstaller back.

When I manually deleted the folder and restarted Safari, it prompted me saying something like "do you want to fully delete the toolbar". When I clicked on Yes, it just froze so the usual advice to do it this way doesn't work for the excremental productivity toolbar.

These people are bad news. They trap you into installing their sh*t by putting big download buttons in pages where you are trying to download something else and then make it hard to uninstall it. Really professional NOT.

I have got rid of it, so thought I would post solution in case anyone else has same problem.

Click Tools (top of screen), then options. New box will open. Click general, then at bottom click "manage add ons" This will open up new box. Click on productivity toolbar and then click uninstall. Firefox will ask to restart, click yes and hey presto no more productivity toolbar
