i cant use windows files on my mac os x
What kind of files are these? Windows applications do not run on Mac OS.
Apple OS X is now in its 7th version and therefore it is helpful to list version of OS X as well as machine specifications. OS X is based of an Operating System call BSD-Unix, which is similar to Linux, this is completely different to any version of Windows
The only way to install Windows Software on OS X is to use an emulator like:

Googling is quicker than waiting for an answer....
There are three ways to get Windows programs working on a mac.
1. Use an emulator (Answer #2)
2. Buy a windows licence and use bootcamp to make the mac dual-boot between OSX and Windows.
3. Buy a windows licence and use a virtual machine like parallels, VMWare fusion, or VirtualBoxMax OS does not support windows programs directly, so one of the above options are the only ways to go.
