Solved How to stop a doc report being printed (Word for Mac)

Specs: OS 10.9.3, 4GB
My printer prints a document report after each and every document. Huge waste of paper. I've seen advice how to stop it using Word with Windows but how to do this on Word for Mac where no 'Office' icon is visible.

I'm using OS 10.9.3 and Word for Mac 2011 v 14.4.3

Word - Preferences - Output and Sharing section - click on Print icon and ensure the Document properties box (in the centre section - include with document) is unchecked.
