Tried to print but was out of paper. Replaced paper, now printer is not responding. How do I make it work?
Before you get too complicated, power off printer and remove power cord. Shut down computer, reconnect power cord and try again. It's just that so often computer glitches can be overcome that way. In fact you might care to go one step further. While the computer is powered off, remove the power cord from that (and the battery too if it's a laptop). Then hold the Power Off/On button for about 20 seconds to discharge the motherboard components.
It might not help but at least it is easy to try.
Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
