I have discovered that the only way to download Flash 10 or Flash 9 for PowerPC through Adobe's website, is to download monstrous size files containing every platform for that version you want. So to download Flash 10.1.102.64, not only would you be downloading the file the Mac .dmg file you want, you would also be downloading the installer for Windows, Linux, etc since they are all together in zip format. Please note that while some have successfully gotten Flash 10.2 installed on PowerPC by streamlining it into the 10.1 installer, it may be unstable or insecure and is not recommended.

To comply with the DMCA (Digital Millenium Copyright Act) by using original sources, I have provided non-infringing instructions for downloading Flash 9 or 10 for PowerPC. They are the following:

For the final version of Flash Player 10 for PowerPC (10.1.102.64):

Visit Archived Flash Player Versions, download the archived 10.1 installer, then execute the file inside the ZIP titled "flashplayer10_1r102_64_ub_mac.dmg".

For the final version of Flash Player 9 for PowerPC (9.0.289):

Visit Archived Flash Player Versions, download the archived 9.0r.289 installer, then execute the file inside the ZIP titled "flashplayer9_0r289_mac.dmg".
