Switch to the Finder by clicking it in the Dock. By default, it'll be on the very left of the Dock, which is the band of icons, stacks, and thumbnails that runs on the bottom of your screen (or if you've set it as so, on the side). In the Sidebar (the pane that appears on the side of a new Finder window), click Movies. Delete any files or folders that you want to erase by either pressing Cmd+delete or by dragging them to the Trash. (Note that movies will most likely be nested in a subfolder, like iMovie or MyMovieClip, or something like that.) If you've saved the movies to a different folder, this won't be applicable, and you'll have to use Spotlight to find it.

If you don't understand what Spotlight is, please let me know. Also, if you have any other questions/comments, feel free to reply. :)
