I think you mean a 192 number. If you mean a public ip then below.

If the router has a web based access then you might be able to include any number or security features to include that single IP address.

If not there then get a good firewall that allows ban by ip address. Get a security suite that include all security tools.

All routers should have the facility to Password Protect...............
