You would have to buy 10.3 on disc to upgrade to it. What machine do you have (eMac, iMac G3/G4/G5, iBook, PowerMac, Powerbook etc)
Since Tiger (10.4) has similar requirements, you might be better off updating to that, it's more recent than 10.3
10.3 requires: G3, G4, G5 with 128MB RAM (512MB recommended)
10.4 requires: G3, G4, G5 with 256MB RAM (512MB recommended)Ideally, if you can upgrade your RAM I would recommend getting 10.5.
10.5 requires: G4, G5 (at least 867MHz) with 512MB RAM (1GB recommended)
