free c++ compiler with IDE
I've been recommended to use xcode, but i went to the apple web site and found that you had to be a member of some community to get it free, so my question is: WHERE CAN I FIND A FREE C++ COMPILER?
If you're on Lion or Snow Leopard get XCode from the App Store. If you're on an earlier version of the OS, sign up to the free developer program. Actually, if you have OS X install disks XCode should be an optional component you can install.
