e-mail sent but not recevied

Specs: Snow Leopard
I have a Mac. One e-mail address is being sent but not received. It goes from the mail client to gmail. That is definite (when I check the sent folder in gmail via the browser, the message is there). But the recipient does not receive the message. If I go to gmail directly in Safari and send an email to the same address it is sent correctly and received by the recipient. I have not had problems with sending email via the mail client to any other email addresses - just this one

Trying to understand your situation:

From Mail.app:
- You have your mail setup to send via gmail
- Your email address is something like myname@gmail.com
- You write a message to test@test.com with a subject "sent from mail". You click send.
- It shows up in the sent folder at www.gmail.com
- IT DOES NOT SEND to the final recipient.

From Gmail.com:
- Your email address is something like myname@gmail.com
- You write a message to test@test.com with a subject 'sent from gmail'. You click send.
- It shows up in the sent folder at www.gmail.com
- IT DOES SEND to the final recipient.

Question:
on Mail.app, does the email sit in your OUTBOX, or does it go to the Sent folder?
on Gmail.com, does the email you title 'sent from mail' show up anywhere?
on Gmail.com, does the email you title 'sent from mail' tell you what the sent date was?
