Solved Can't copy Aperture library to another drive or computer

Specs: Macintosh OS X 10.8.4
Message: The Finder can't complete the operation because some data in "Aperture Library" can't be read or written (Error Code -36)

Tried to drag from one external drive to the other and also tried copy/paste

Could be from something corrupt in the library, the program running while you do the copy, or some physical disk issues. Make sure to check your hard drive health with disk utilities

Thank you! I'll try the utilities. I think my problem might be because of the way I've been trying to copy the library. It seems to work okay when the export function is used. Of course I didn't think of that until after I posted the question. Thanks again for your help!
