You can't. I would recommend TeamViewer as an alternative.

Depending on whether you are using OS up to version 9 or OS X (both PPC & Intel) there is a Messenger for Mac version.

It appears that all you have told us it is a Macintosh which is a vast range of Apple Machines and it does make a difference to the compatibility it has to Windows whatever version you are using.......

Googling is quicker than waiting for an answer....

In this case it doesn't matter because the Remote Assistance functionality in the Mac version of Messenger is disabled.

Whatever, obviously your system is top secret, hence why specification missing !!

On the post I linked is Remote Desktop, but as to original question no you can not install Windows Software natively in, I presume, OS X which is based of BSD-Unix.

Googling is quicker than waiting for an answer....
