Specs: Windows XP
I have a pc tower with Ubuntu only installed not windows, and this program Ubuntu loads on start up , like windows. somehow a graphics driver or file was deleted, ( I think I did it), and now it will not load. I did not install this program on pc, It was installed when I bought it second hand. How do I get it to load again, or suggestions on what to do.

We can't see your screen. You have to describe exactly what's happening when you try to boot the system.

The error message reads as follows;
>Ubuntu ins running in low graphics mode your screen graphics card and input device settings could not be detected correctly. You will need to configure these yourself.<

Afterwards it gives you choices to reconfigure, and reset, and etc. Only that is as far as it goes. When you select a radio option it doesn't do anything. When you select start with default settings, it just gets stuck in load sequence of Ubuntu.
