Solved transferring files via ftp vb6 to Linux PC

Specs: Windows XP
I'm using a VB 6 program to transfer files from a Windows XP PC to a Linux PC across a LAN. They transfer just fine if I have to make the directory in which they will reside. However, if the directory already exists, I get an 'Error connecting to the PC". )That could be because an error handler may be in the wrong location), but I'm having a very difficult time determining why the issues when the folder exists. I'm using INET.URL and INET.Execute commands to connect to the Linux PC and then copy the files. Can anyone help me?

Then I'd test for subdir by script and create if needed.

1/3 of highway deaths are caused by drunks. The rest are by people who can't drive any better than a drunk.

Thanks for your tip, Jefro. I'd just finished working with some other ideas and we determined that the folders would always exist so I do not have to worry about making the directory. I also found I was missing an 'If Intet1.StillExecuting' statement. Handling these items seemed to make things go smoother. I will consider this solved.
