If you are trying to run telerik then I think you are wasting your time. It needs to be run in MS.

I'd say the command is thus.

wine msiexec /i whatever.msi

or

wine start whatever.msi

Those two seem to suggest that the program needs to start in the same directory and prompt.

This also assumes a lot of things.

The error looks to be file permission.

Can you get this program in an installer instead of an msi?

May have to update wine or buy crossover office's product. May have to use winetricks or other native msi installer.

It may never work.

It may possible to unpack the msi with a program and then run it.

Google is evil

First give it exec permissions, as root
exec with wine

Do you have permissions to write in that place C:\\users\\asindhura\\Temp\\msi23e.tmp ?

Try to do all as superuser, and if it works, you know why not as simple user...

Good Luck
