Specs: Windows XP, P4 3GHz/ 2GB
I'm searching for distro which will be speed and stable enough for install to USB flash/stick.
Also want to install virtualbox on it to install some kind of tinyXP for those of programs which must be run on windows, like IE (silverlight, excel (macros), etc...) and last one condition to be able to connect to internet through mobile stick like TELE2.
So I tried, Puppy (speed yes but without vbox,) Slax - unfortunately not work on my machine Asus P5VD2-X, Ubuntu 9.x, 11.x 12.x to slow, same as Lubuntu, Xubuntu, same as Fedoras, Mints etc. Pretty better was Ylmf, but only 3.0, Zorin OS 5 and 6 almost good. Slow boot, and crashed if you copy file which is bigger then free space (we are talking about USB sticks). Finally I stopped at Knoppix. Tried both 7.x versions for CD and for DVD. BUT can't, on DVD version, preinstalled virtualbox, install any kind of tiny XP windows, nor the XP windows. Also with live CD version (installed on stick) do not know what kind of virtualbox to install, and after that, to install xp on vbox. (can't find any manual or guide which describes installing OSes on vbox which is installed on Knoppix).

So, if someone knows the things, well, I'm here.

Oh, yes I tried and Windows 8 to go. Oh, mamma. If someone don't know to make software, well the HARDWARE is responsable! (Needs are USB 3.0, 32GB stick, blah, blah, and 2 Crays for copreocessors.) Mein libe Got!

Are these the specs to the system you're working with - P4 3GHz/ 2GB? If not, please list the correct specs. And discussing pirated/hacked software is against forum rules so I suggest you avoid mentioning TinyXP.
