My school's IT department gave external hard drives to the student's to use in class. I have two IT classes Microsoft desktop operating systems which we study Windows 7 and Linux Operating System which we study Fedora 12. At school we run these operating systems with VMware player. We were told to put the operating system on our external hard drives. Here's my problem how can I put both of these operating systems on my hard so I can use it at school. In order to use the operating systems at school they must run in VMware player on the external hard drive. I can only get one operating system on my external hard drive at a time. My Microsoft teacher told me to install Window's 7 on the external hard drive and install VMware player on Window's 7 then install and run linux through Window's 7. I tried to do that but VMware player said it can't do it so can someone help me out. I have to use this external hard drive for my labs for both classes in the computer lab. These operating systems will only work on the lab computers with VMware Player. I need someone to help me out please..

What did VMplayer say exactly?

Why did it take me over a year to phone in a problem to ATT?
