What do you want to replace it with? Just reformat the drive when installing your new OS or is there some Linux apps you want to keep with your new OS?

This depends on your bootloader.
You can simply delete the partitions of opensuse, but you will get in trouble, if e.g. LILO or Grub buotloader is used.

I am using Grub loader with SuSE 11.2. I have installed SuSE on G drive. I have installed Windows XP on C drive. In grub loader, it shows three options during boot - 1. Windows 2. SuSE 11.2 3. SuSE Failsafe 11.2.

I want to remove SuSE 11.2 from my system without affecting my Windows XP installation in C drive. Please help.
