No dual boot menu

August 4, 2012 at 03:03:26
Specs: Windows 7, 1.9ghz/4g
I have windows 7 installed on my first harddrive(default) and ubuntu on 2nd drive.
So everytime my system will boot automatically into win7 without showing any dualboot menu.
I used easyBCD to add a new entry for Ubuntu and then I installed win7 loader to the MBR but it doesn't work.
Please help.

When you installed ubuntu, how exactly did you do it? Did it ever work? Did you change bios settings to select drive 2 to be first in the boot order?

I usually just use bios to change the boot order. I never like messing with windows. There are some hidden partitions on some computers and linux borks it.

Google is evil

I installed it okay. It works good. But I wanted Win7 drive to be my first drive and I do not really like to go in Bios to change my drive all the time.
