need help deleting old ubuntu partitions

Specs: Linux i686
I have a 750gb hd with windows and about 3
ubuntu (linux) partitions. I am a newbie and have
had some problems and had to install ubuntu
several times. How can I delete the old partitions
without ruining my current one?

One possible way is to go to your windows, and format to your linux portion from Disk management utility,

u said, u have 3 linux partition,
then u can also do it by logging in in your correct ubuntu system. This way u have fare chances that u will not spoil your boot loader, if it is linux boot loader in MBR.

insert xp boot cd. then boot from cd thenafter when the page
hard disk partition information appear they linux partition also there..delete it...and creat new parton in unpartition space ...then after restart...problem solve
