Reboots would be from a number of reasons. Either a cron job or some failure of the system. /var logs may point to clue or you'd have to run diags on hardware.

Dunno about the nic, it may be related but we'd need to know a lot more about that as a single post.

Thank you so much for your reply. I've already checked my
/var/log/cron-20110403 file. I can't find any type of halting cause in this month. So, is it any other hardware problem?

At down time, i can ping my WAN eth0 also LAN eth1 and can ping continuously LAN client side to WAN server. But can't ping to internet (i.e; google, yahoo etc..). My LAN device switch and WAN device Media Converter all are ok. I've tested already. Please just advise me, where could be another hardware problem?

I'd fix the shutdown deal before I fooled with anything else.

Memtest for a few days, check temps and voltages, might look at memory leaking programs. run a live cd and see if it fails. Never easy to find issues. Look at bug reports on distro too. May be that you need to remove some bad device. Plenty of ways to go but none easy or for sure.
