Multiboot flash drive with Linux Mint, FreeDos, any v. of XP

Specs: Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 3, Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 2.80GHz 2.79 GHz, 3.50 GB of RAM
The flash drive I'm using is a Patriot Memory 32GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive.

The operating systems I'm trying to use:
Linux Mint 13 Mate 32bit DVD (iso)
FreeDos v1.1 (iso)
Windows XP (not sure whether I can use full XP for this or whether I will fall back on UBCD4Win)
The order I want the operating systems in is XP first, Mint second, and DOS last. I have the ISO files for Mint and FreeDOS, and for XP Professional SP3.

I made three partitions on the flash drive (NTFS ~ 16GB, EXT2 ~ 10GB, FAT32 ~ 4GB; the size is approximate because the EaseUS Partition Manager adjusted the partitions to fit actual size)
Because Windows XP only reads the first partition, I went about making the flash drive a local drive and not removable media ( and )

This makes all three partitions readable (not the EXT2, but I can make it FAT32 while trying to get Mint on it), and I was hoping that it would also mean that I could point each of the operating systems at it more easily since they would see it as another Hard Disk and not a flash drive. However, I am running into trouble with some programs like UNetbootin and HP USB Format Utility not wanting to be used with anything but a removable media drive.

*(I also wanted to know whether or not any of this would allow me to install XP on the flash drive, or if I should just use UBCD4W or BartPE, etc.)*

BTW, as for a boot loader, I am wanting to install Linux Mint last so it will auto-recognize the two other previously installed operating systems (variation of XP and FreeDOS) and then add them to its boot menu when it is installed.

In general, I am very tired, mentally and wanting to sleep off the last hours/days of figuring this out with only dead ends. So, to summarize, any help at all with how to multiboot what will probably be UBCD4W (but full XP if I can), Linux Mint, and FreeDOS in that order.

Thanks for any help, even if it is a "You can't" answer. Hoping for one that can solve all of this,
Nolan

*I copied the system information exactly as it was written in System Properties
**Last note, is there a way to select multiple categories, or to pick just --Operating Systems--, because I think that only choosing one is too narrow.
