Dell / Inspiron 4050

Specs: Ubuntu 12.04, 4 x 2.4 GHz
Installed ubuntu 12.04. Installed g++-4.7. WANTED to install :
* <xserver-xorg-video-radeon_6.99.99~git20120913.8637f772-0ubuntu1_i386.deb>
BUT put these files in one folder and run <sudo dpkg -i *.deb>
* libdrm2_2.4.39-0ubuntu1_i386.deb
* libdrm-radeon1_2.4.39-0ubuntu1_i386.deb
* xserver-xorg-video-radeon_6.99.99~git20120913.8637f772-0ubuntu1_i386.deb
And after restart lost effects such as <super>+S become very ugly. Can not move windows from workspace to workspace using it.

Can anyone help me to recover default view? Please :(

Go to a terminal (CTRL and any F<number> keys if X is messed up) and go to the folder you downloaded the files.

Type in "sudo dpkg -r *.deb" (without quotes). This should remove the corrupting packages.
I would also advise running "sudo aptitude install -f" afterwards and making sure that there are no broken dependencies.

Once done, restart your computer and it should have restored the default drivers/view.
