Linux grub missing after dual boot install

August 10, 2019 at 07:40:07
Specs: Linux Mint 19.1, AMD Ryzen 3 1200/8GB
Have two SDDs to dual boot with Win10 on disk0 and Linux Mint to be installed again on disk1.
Now loaded Linux Mint again from USB drive and find on the desktop of the not yet installed Linux Mint, two abnormal folders called tmp and Filesystem root (FS), which have in them many other empty folders. Cannot delete any of these. I think they must be remnants of a former installation that must not have been deleted when making disk1 unallocated with Win10 disk management.

What can I do to let the PC from grub ?
