I want to change the boot sequence on IBM

October 18, 2010 at 02:14:34
Specs: Linux Mint 9, 2.8 GHz / 1.5 GB
thinkcentre 8148. But nothing is highlighted in the BIOS. the arrow keys dont do anything. The only key that does anything is F10 which is --exit--. Other brands of machines have lots of stuff to change in the BIOS. Some special trick for IBMs ? I want to set ROM drive as first.

Is there other keys that may work. Like the plus or page down or arrow right?

Might have to use enter key also to select to change.

Why did it take me over a year to phone in a problem to ATT?

I shutdown and unplugged the IBM and then started up ./s the k'board. Then I shutdown and plugged in the k'board. This time when I went into the BIOS I had highlighting and the arrow keys worked ! I made the changes to the boot order and will try it out ./c a live CD later. Tnx for answering my post.
