✔ Best Answer
If you will not use linux anymore and want to it delete from disk later, you first have to repair the Master Boot Record and the Bootloader or Windows 7.

Therefore:
1. boot your computer with the Windows 7 DVD
2. choose your language
3. choose repair your computer
4. go to the command prompt
5. type in:

    bootrec /fixmbr and press enter
    bootrec /fixboot and press enter
6. type in "exit" without quotes
7. reboot your computer

It doesn't delete any files, it only reinstalls the windows bootloader and recreates the boot so that windows bootloader is the default one.

What boot menu did you get after you've done, what was suggested in #2 ?
Did you get the windows boot menu or did you still get the linux boot menu ?
