TO Proper installation Alongside Windows?
in Version 17.2 For example In STEP OF Setting of partitioning there is not in Starts option of add
so what to do?

If you use Mint4Win, you don't have to create a partition; Mint gets installed just like any other program in Windows. If you want to do a standard installation with a separate partition, have a look at the following & make sure you select "something else" so that you can partition the HDD. Usually 3 partitions are used - swap, root, & home.
