Specs: Windows Vista, 3.4 GHz / 2045 MB
Hello How Do I Install Ubuntu Using The Live Cd And installing It on top of Windows Vista. Do I Need To create a Partion On Windows For Ubuntu. Or Will It Make One. I CAN NOT LOSE VISTA.

CPU : Intel Dual-Core 3.40GHZ
Memory: 2 GB DDRM
Video Card: Nvida 9500 GT
Sound : SoundMAX Onboard
OS: Vista

It's much easier to do a WUBI install. Just boot into Vista, pop in the Ubuntu disk, then choose "Install inside Windows" & follow the instructions. Otherwise you're going to have to partition the hard drive plus deal with the Grub boot loader.

Your system is good enough that you may wish to use a virtual machine such as virtualbox or vmplayer. It would be much easier and safer.

Why did it take me over a year to phone in a problem to ATT?
