how to execute these commands

how can i execute these commands in linux terminal.these r commands to restore my bootloader, i'm supposed to execute these commands from the terminal of live cd desktop .but when i type the 1st line "sudo -s -H its showing no file or directory found
cd /
sudo -s -H
mount -t ext3 /dev/sda2 /mnt
mount -t proc proc /mnt/proc
mount -t sysfs sys /mnt/sys
mount -o bind /dev /mnt/dev
chroot /mnt /bin/bash

See man sudo. No such options exist.

Some live cd's have you as root anyway. Check for whoami.

When using Opensuse live CD, you're logged in as root, without password and can execute the mount and chroot commands directly, without sudo.
