How to configure NIS server in red hat linux.

Specs: Windows XP, 2GB
I am using Red Hat Linux. I want to make it a NIS server. for that purpose I need

1) ypserv
2) yppasswd
3) ypxfrd

Is there are the requirement to make NIS server and client also ...?If some other services require then let me know. please guide me that from where I may get these packages or PRM for Red Hat Linux 9 and Red Hat Linux 4 AS .Also guide me its installation process.

Your agreement with RH allows you download the added packages.

yp stuff is all old yellow pages stuff.

A server will serve. A client would be able to access the server. You don't need both unless you want to.

All documentation you could want is on RH site. A copy of it is usually hosted on centos and scientific linux sites.
