Looks like you've encrypted the boot partition and/or the Windows partition - - something you should never do!

Your PC is now trying to boot from the Intel network adapter because it can't find a bootable partition on the hard drive (or the hard drive has failed, probably broken by the encryption software.

Either way you're stuffed - - new hard drive required.

You need to leave a space for your link to be clickable: http://m.imgur.com/g69LjgO

Your system is bypassing the HDD in the boot sequence. That usually means the HDD has failed or a BIOS boot order setting was changed. Check the BIOS to see if the HDD is being detected. If not, it will likely have to be replaced.

It's very unlikely I can check my bios speaking the blue screen won't even show up, any suggestions on hard drives to purchase?

"It's very unlikely I can check my bios speaking the blue screen won't even show up"

All you need to do is press the proper key at boot-up. The blue screen is a Windows error & will not display if the HDD has failed.

"any suggestions on hard drives to purchase?"

You didn't list any specs or any info about your system. We have no idea if it's a desktop or a laptop, how old, or what type of HDD it takes.
