Check the OS compatibility in the specs - Windows Vista, Windows XP.
No UEFI / Secure boot on a board that old.

Can't help without knowing the make/model of your computer or motherboard. The BIOS menu options vary from one manufacturer to another. You just need to look thru each & every option until you find it.

"i am using a bios utility v02.54(1985-2007)"

2007? Secure Boot is an UEFI option. Your system probably doesn't have it.

As far as I can tell, your MB came out in 2008. Secure boot wasn't a thing until Windows 8, which was closer to 2012. Even since then, Microsoft didn't require it for x86 machines, so I haven't seen secure boot enabled in commercial models. You should be fine. The test for this is to try to boot the Linux installer. If the installer doesn't fail with a secure boot error, you won't have to worry about secure boot.
