Specs: Ubuntu/Windows 7
I just got a dual HDD enclosure and put
Ubuntu on one of the HDDs. I have Windows 7
on my internal HDD and now when I start up
my notebook without the external hooked up,
Windows 7 won't boot. I get the Grub boot
trying to start up Ubuntu. How do I fix this so
that when the external with Ubuntu is
unplugged I can boot up Windows 7 again?

I was directed to the Linux forum after asking
in the Windows forum.

Pls write your question properly . What i understand that u had installed Ubuntu in your external hdd and when u boot laptop u get Grub loader( irrespective of external hdd attach or not ).
If this is the case then u must be getting menu option for your windows OS, use arrow key and select other than ubuntu,
In the case u r not able to get boot menu, boot to ubuntu, go to boot/grub/grub.conf file and increase the wait time.

I think default is 5 sec, u increase it to 30 sec
