Specs: linux 9.2
kinternet log say modem notresponding when i click kinternet I linked /dev/modem to all ttyS ports but it dosn't work Now i want to know is there driver at all?

It's possible your modem is covered by one from Linuxant, but as they are proprietary, they aren't included in most (if any) Linux distributions.

Many of the distro's have support for some of the winmodems.

What exactly do you have?

1/3 of highway deaths are caused by drunks. The rest are by people who can't drive any better than a drunk.

If you're limited to dialup, your best bet would be to get an external 56K "true hardware" serial modem rather than struggling with a Winmodem. You should be able to pick up a used one for $5-10.
