Freeing up primary partitions

Specs: Linux i686
Hi, currently, I am dual booting windows 7 and ubuntu. Right now windows 7 is taking up 3 primary partitions and ubuntu is taking up one primary partition (its an extended partition). What I want to do is run another version of linux, but I have windows 7 taking up 3 primary partitions. Is there a way that I can make an extended partition and run windows 7 off of a single extended partition with logical partitions, instead of it taking up 3 primary partitions? If so, is there a way to accomplish this without re-installing windows 7?
Here is my current setup

Any help will be appreciated

Why is Windows using 3 primary partitions? It needs only 1 plus maybe 1 for restore,
