So, I ended up with a virus on my windows 7 HP laptop. A friend of mine was using Linux mint to repair the issue. We found and thought we repaired the issue. I ended up wiping the whole computer clean and decided to just go with Linux Mint. Being a new internet marketer, I have a few software programs, E-books and various apps. etc. EVERY TIME... I mean, EVERY TIME I try to open a software, even a GAME from Google Chrome, Unity Web Player and what pisses me off even more is that I get this damn message(error occurred while loading the archive) when I try to open my Traffic Software!! If I don't get THAT message, I'll get a message that states that I don't have the proper plug in for whatever i'm trying to access or open!!
Mate?!
Can ANYONE who is knowledgeable and/or has been using Linux Mint for some time be able to give me a brief walk through... Or just please explain why this is happening and what I can do to fix and then prevent this issue from occurring again.PLEASE!!!!! Thank you!

Are you trying to run Windows software on Linux?
usually this error shows when the internet connection is down or not stable enough
