Email not receiving

Specs: Red Hat Linux 4, Intel ® Pentium ® 4 CPU 2.66 GHz
Hi all,
I am using Version 1.300 on samba (Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4)
. From the last two week, I cannot received email from one user send us the email.
Normally if we cannot received we can check in the "Spam Quarantine"and"Greylist".
But I am not found any of them. Before I didn't receive, I exactly don't set any rules for those user. eg. "block Ip", "block address", "define as spam". I already put inside the "whitelist" with "domain","email address" and "IP Address" and restart the server. Most wonderful is I told to user to send with another email address but I RECEIVED. IP address and domain between two email address is the same. eg. "" and "".
Is any can help me?
