dual boot set up win7 and suse

Specs: win7 & suse, celeron 2GB
i have a TOSHIBA SATELLITE 455 -
$ 300 bare bones multi media laptop that came with Windows7Home on it with no installation disks/recovery disks

I've created an image to DVD-R and downloaded a few linux distos
Suse linux seems to be the only one that auto detects my wifi connections here and on this computer
so, i'd like to dual boot setup this computer with win7 and suse
i have almost no PC knowledge and understanding

it is a SuseGnome disc that i have
i've got it installed and connected to the Internet but don't know how to install Windows 7 along side it

should i install Window first??

does the GRUB thing install automatically when i install Suse??

i don't really understand partitions completely beyond the word and i don't really understand all the different divisions of the HDD
sectors/head/cylinders/tracks/ etc.
let alone the different divisions and configurations of the partitions / disc partitions

(i'm a little impatient and usually just blow through this stuff and stumble around in the dark not really knowing what i am doing

Install windows, let suse do it's thing. It will load grub and it should allow you to choose at boot.

Yes you need to open up at least two partitions for this. Windows usually needs two and the linux tends to at least need two in most common installs.
