Why does and how to fix

Specs: Windows 64
This is regarding an ipod battery not charging while in operation and lasting only 3 hours while in use, also charging at half full totally flattens the battery. sent to technition no problem found and came back with a totally flat battery. And the ipod says it is disabled for twenty three million nine hundred and five thousand four hundred and fifty seven minutes.

Do you mean you use your iPod connected to the charger; as if so then I'm not sure it's meant to run that way? Ands if it will run whilst on the charger - is it meant/able to actually charge up properly/fully at that time?

Meanwhile - seems you're not alone with the disabled issue...
