Solved Support for I-Phone Pogo games app..Apple update

September 30, 2014 at 12:21:19
Specs: Windows XP
I have an I-Phone. I have Pogo game pkg app. Since the new update made to I-Phone, I cannot access these games. I love them and want them back. I checked with Apple & Verizon, both said Electronic Arts need to update their program to be compatible with the new update. Are you going to do this? I pay a yearly fee to EA to play these games.

Hi, Electornics Arts finally updated their Pogo Games for I-Phones. Now I can play my games to my hearts content.

Thanks for all your help. Next time I come I hope I pose the correct category for an answer. LOL

"Are you going to do this?"

Not sure why you chose to ask on here - we are nothing whatever to do with "Electronic Arts". It's them you need to contact, whoever it is you pay.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Click on the link below.

http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/

They have a chat option, click on that to type / chat to a representative. It's often easier. Have your account number handy because they will probably ask for it.

I tried this first. There is no satisfaction with this site. You can only seek help for a particular game..thanks.

It appears their chat function isn't working and loops you back to the first page.

Oh heck what a pain!

I tried finding email support for you but it certainly isn't easy to find.

Most likely they will update it in due course but if you ever manage to make contact maybe they would be more likely to listen if you asked for a refund.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Thanks. I found the EA phone number on the stock market. Called and left a msg. for someone named Leslie. Give her prob. asked if they would be updating and my ph number. I don't really expect a call but after working in the business world for 40 years until I retired, customer service now is for crap. Wanted to use a nasty word but sometimes I try to be a lady. Will clue everyone if they ever resolve.
Thanks so much for your help. But most of all, for caring enough to help find an answer. Lornan
