Safari doesnt work through WIFI

August 24, 2009 at 12:59:56
Specs: Windows XP
I require Safari to use my iPhone 3G and every time i connect to the internet via wifi it comes up with a message saying:

"problem communicating with the web proxy server (HTTP)"

this is quite infuriating as the iPhone pretty much relies on internet and i have been unable to connect for over a month any suggestions or solutions will be greatly appreciated

thanks

Heather

You need to reinstall your iphone software or contact with your vendor

I got the same message with my iphone. Try settings/wifi/ ...
and make sure the wifi HTTP connection is set to automatic,
rather than manual or off.
