As the iPad demonstrated its potential clearly with an enormous success, every big PC maker and player wants a piece of the tablet market pie. And why not? Research in Motion LTD (RIM), maker of the BlackBerry is planning a release date for November. They are betting on their loyal Blackberry design and user base and the device is targeted at a $499 price point, but is not yet final.

By then Apple may have new iPad models with different screen sizes and more or better functions.

The iPad wont remain the only option and others can play a catch on with it. For me this is great and I have no problem. Also I understand the iPad may not be the best option for everybody and I don't think we should belong to an iPad group to protect it. If it is good and remains good be it by its own outstanding qualities or merits.
