Quicktime movies (iPhone) not working

Specs: Macintosh
Need help, pls... Tried to play videos of the internet
using my iPhone but instead of being played in
Quicktime, it just gives me a bunch of codes, letters,
numbers, etc...

It looks to me as a software failure or an application gone bad on
your iPhone as I had experienced this particular behavior on Mac
OSX with Safari before.

Restart your iPhone, if you know how, you have done this and it
doesn't solve your problem try the "Restore" procedure next.

Restart:
Try first to shut down your iPhone. Press the physical button on top
of your iPhone for about 2-3 seconds. A bar "slide to power off"
appears. Slide the bar. The rotating cursor indicates the process.

Now turn it on again in the same button. The Apple logo appears

Restore:
You may need to back up your entire iPhone first if you haven't
done this already and then go to iTunes, connect your iPhone and
press the "Restore" button as there is no other way to just reinstall
Safari on your iPhone.

1. Connect and Sync your entire iPhone on iTunes
2. Press "Restore" on iTunes
