Solved password not recognize me

Specs: Windows 7
having problem connecting to wifi at work and at home. and want to double check my password willnot let me connect.iam playing a game call candy crush,, when I try to get on facebook to get one my contact to send me another life. I can't receive or send.........on my nook.

Having had issues connecting before things to check.

On the bottom of the router(if its set up with a key) ensure that your nook has the correct key type, I am guessing its a WPA OR WPA2.

Ensure that the key is correct(letters are in the correct case, and check for B 8 confusion, and 1 I.)

Ensure that the connection is actually trying your home router, sometimes there are multiple options and there is a chance that there is another signal stronger than yours.

Try connecting while plugged in the first time to ensure that your battery isn't low.

Have you ever been able to connect to your home or work WiFi or is this something new? I would assume they are password protected, does it accept the password or do you get an error?

He says he's using a Nook. They don't run Windows 7 on a Nook.
